OBE, Organic Beef Exporters, are mainly running Hereford cattle in The Channel Country. Also stocking Teys Black Angus, Teys Gold, Tara Valley, and Great Southern beef.
We stock Merri Valley Lamb from the beautiful pastures in the western districts of Victoria along with Bultarra Saltbush Lamb from the more arid regions of South Australia and Western NSW. Merri Valley lamb is Merino, where as Bultarra Saltbush Lamb is a Dorper. The Dorper was initially bred in SA, from the Dorset Horn and the black headed Persian. This breed of Sheep has the ability to gain weight in arid conditions which makes this breed of sheep perfect for Australian climate.
From Southern Western Australia we are also the only Stockists in the NT of the Fabulous tasting Plantagenet Pork and Mt Barker Free Range Chicken.
From SA we have the undisputed customer favourite Orroroo Kangaroo. Kangaroo is the champion Free Range meat. People still ask me if this is farmed and I tell them I havn’t seen fences yet big enough to hold them in. Orrroroo is in the Flinders ranges and about 3.5 hours drive from Adelaide. Currently Orrorroo Kangaroo employ 31 shooters that work of an evening and deliver meat to regional chillers.
From Territory Fisherman we support Local Caught NT Fish. We keep an eye out for whatever is caught and snap frozen on the boat. Mainly Barra and Threadfin salmon is what we stock on a regular basis.
